Our standard price per square metre for roof cleaning is:
When we are the first to clean a roof in a road, we offer a 20% discount.
We have a minimum charge of £700 per roof. Smaller roofs require a higher rate per m² to ensure we hit this minimum.
After 20% discount = ~£700
After 20% discount = £8/m²
No discount — full price of £10/m² applies, increasing profitability.
Bungalows have a much larger roof surface area but are significantly easier and quicker to clean. For easy-to-clean, large bungalow roofs we price:
We factor ease and efficiency into our pricing — we'd rather a big, easy roof than a small, difficult one.
We price for profitability, not just to win the job. Goal: £700+ per roof, per day.
We price based on time, difficulty and operational efficiency.
Easier jobs, done efficiently, lead to higher overall profit.

Softwashing prices are best determined by value to the customer, property size and level of growth. Every property is different, so we consider these factors to ensure a fair and profitable price.
We price based on the value we deliver to the customer, not just the size of the property.
Use value as the foundation for pricing.
Each face is approximately £250. For larger jobs, think in terms of the value of each "£250 sized chunk" rather than measuring every detail.
Price based on the vertical surface area.
Note: irregular shapes, rooflines and design features can make measuring vertical area challenging.
More so than any other service, the level of growth has a major impact on:
To complete the job
Number required
Strength & volume
All of these factors directly affect profitability.
Price based on value, time, complexity and results.
Fair, value-based pricing creates trust and long-term relationships.
Higher value pricing reflects the transformation we deliver for customers.
Strong pricing protects profitability, your time and your reputation.
Our pressure washing prices are based on surface type, condition, and the level of work required to achieve the best results.
All prices are guide prices. Minimum job value always applies.
Most simple areas. Clean, smooth surfaces with easy access.
Areas that require a chemical treatment to break down organic growth and staining.
Includes re-sanding of block paving. Weather dependent — may require a return visit.
More cutting in, messier job and requires re-sanding. Price depends on job factors and size.
Brush the sand in as quickly as possible.
Use a leaf blower to remove excess sand and get it into all crevices.
Cleaner finish, less waste and much more efficient.
This method has significantly improved our efficiency and profitability on block paving jobs.
More often than not, re-sanding will be completed on a separate day.
Typically takes 1–2 hours depending on size. Once you have two or more team members, you can send one operator to complete re-sanding while you focus on other jobs.
Always inspect the job carefully and explain why the price reflects the work involved. Price for profit, not just to win the job.
Price based on the real cost of time, labour, equipment and operational efficiency.
A fair price for customers and a profitable price for the business.
More efficient processes lead to better margins and better results.
Never compromise on quality — it protects reputation and pricing.
